Six Months is an in-development interactive novel. It is a sequel to Swan Hill, a twine story you can find here. Swan Hill takes most readers ten to fifteen minutes to play.
Six Months is slow-burning, low-key fantasy fiction in a world where magic is rare and ethically dubious. It's a murder mystery about power, family, and faking it until you make it. If you like Swan Hill, you can expect the final version of Six Months to be more of the same.

To run the game,
- Unzip sixmonthsdemo.zip
- Open sixmonthsdemo.html in the web browser of your choice.
- Ignore all error messages and pretend they never happened
To access the game's source text and code,
- Open sixmonthsdemo.tws in Twine 1.4.2
- Inspect the stylesheet node to see CSS customization

I just played this + Swan Hill for the first time, then sat at my desk and cried because I was overwhelmed by how much I love it. Thanks for making this, I can't wait to play the final game and literally die of dehydration.
